Rassbach Realty was first established in June of 1961, at 616 3rd St. E.  
The office moved to 620 Wilson Avenue, December 7, 1978.  In October of 1989, 
the office was moved to its present location of 2106 Stout Road, to ensure better     
parking and more space.
Rassbach Realty was organized and founded by Gerald (Tib) Rassbach after 
being a newspaper editor and publisher for over 31 years. Gerald's son, Nick, 
joined his father's business in the Fall of 1969. Nick became the owner of Rassbach 
Realty in January of 1981. Nick's daughter, Jill has rejoined her father March of 
2007 as a co-broker. Jill became licensed in 1996.
Rassbach Realty LLC currently has three professional sales associates, 
Nick Rassbach, Jill Rassbach Pember & Erik Davidson

Erik Davidson became an associate with the company in June of 2010.  
Erik brings with him an excellent history of real estate experience.
