JILL is a licensed Broker-Sales Associate with Rassbach Realty LLC, 

daughter of Nick. JILL graduated from the U of MN Twin Cities 

Carlson School of Business with a Major in Marketing & a Minor 

in Business Law.

JILL brings innovative marketing experience, professionalism and

a solid work ethic!  

She became licensed in Real Estate in 1996 and sold with 

her father in the summers throughout college. Upon graduation, she took a 

job with Ford Motor company corporate consulting with 

dealers in the Midwest on profitability, strategic marketing plans, 

customer satisfaction procedures and selling best practices. Returning to the 

family business in 2007, Jill has passionately gotten involved in the community.

Jill currently serves on the steering committee for the local YOUNG PROFESSIONALS              

organization thru the Chamber and she serves on the Mabel Tainter Board of Directors.

With this acquired skill set and Jill's knowledge of the area being

born and raised in Menomonie, JILL has the skills necessary to
